Problem solve!! i checked the fuse, it was still good, and i notice that the window still worked but won't go down only up. so i decieded to pop the panel to check the wires and for some reason once i disconnected the harness it instantly worked. weird because i still don't know why it did that.Your AWD depends on sensors and must time that is the culprit. My RAV4 won’t start after sitting in my garage overnight. Nothing remarkable about last night or this morning AFAIK, aside it’s been 95° and humid out. The interior lights and screen come on, the locks lock but only the driver door unlocks, the daytime running lights work, but the hatch does not open. First, shut off the heater's blower and headlights. Once the dash lights stop flashing, turn the key to the on position. As a result, the fuel pump can add more fuel for the cold start.
